Vitalant is currently seeking a Lease Administration Analyst to ensure the Vitalant real estate department operates efficiently and effectively. This position serves as the primary administrator of Vitalant’s Real Estate database ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of its data. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, this position also works closely with the Transaction Sr Manager and Director of Corporate Real Estate in managing critical dates, reconciling real estate information, and providing key reports

  • Inputs, maintains, organizes, and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database.
  • Prepares, processes, and reconciles AR & AP transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained.
  • Prepares invoices for subtenants, reconciles subtenant accounts, reviews incoming invoices for errors/accuracy with lease document and ensures correct coding.
  • Performs annual operating expense reconciliations, monitors audit windows and audit requirements contained in the lease documents.
  • Develop SOP related lease administration.
  • Runs standard reports for management review and runs ad hoc reports with assistance.
  • Maintain lease database with current information. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the lease data.
  • Prepares and distributes critical date reports; maintains tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks.
Knowledge/ Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong analytical experience in account reconciliation preferred.
Experience
  • Five years of analytical experience preferred.
  • Previous health care industry experience preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in a property management, finance or lease administration capacity preferred.

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
