Position Overview
The Community Leasing Manager is responsible for all leasing and marketing operations of their given site(s). The Leasing and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing lease administration, marketing plans, daily leasing office operations, as well as management of the leasing staff as a whole.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for in house events as well as outreach marketing coordination
- Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner
- Responsible for managing leasing office operations and leasing office staff
- Complete special projects as assigned by Property Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Policies and Procedures
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule
- Must be available for overtime when necessary
Ideally, you'll have
- High School graduate; college degree preferred but not required
- 2 years of experience in property management or related fields.
- Demonstrated Leadership Skills
- Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems.
