Legal Services Specialist Job at Townsend Allala, Coulter & Kludt, PLLC
About the role:
The Legal Services Specialist is the primary point of communication for in-person work with clients. You will be a key member of our team working in a fast-paced environment. You will draft and manage documents and will develop relationships with clients to deliver superior client service. Your day-to-day will consist of assisting clients in-office, drafting contracts, and case operations as assigned, which include researching, gathering and analyzing information and documents for our clients.
We encourage a balanced lifestyle and offer personal days toward that. No weekends or nights. Health, dental, vision, PTO (1 week every 6 months in first 3 years), 401k matching (Subject to time requirements). Additionally, 14 paid holidays, not subject to a time requirement.
Duties:
- Onboard and communicate with clients in a timely manner via phone/e-mail/in-person to gather information and documents specific to their case.
- Process documentation and act as a notary for clients and related contacts on cases
- Prepare contracts for clients and attorneys and legal documents as needed
Who you are:
- You are comfortable multi-tasking, that means you can prioritize and pivot. Clients will be walking in to provide documents and payment so it’s important for you to be focused, organized, and pleasant
- You are a good writer/note taker and have attention to detail
- Able to foster relationships and connect empathetically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and various law firm associates including attorneys
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- Spanish fluency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
