Heritage Village of Gladstone is seeking a CARING and EXPERIENCED
Caregiver with Level One Medication Aide
experience. Duties include assisting Residents with all aspects of personal care, administration of medications, charting, and general nurse aide duties. Heritage Village is an Assisted Living Facility. We value the needs of our residents, so being flexible is very important to meet their needs. We are looking for someone reliable.
We are currently looking for:
- Nights full Time with every other weekend off.
- Days full-time with every other weekend off.
- 12-hour shifts 3 or 4 days a week.
LIMA duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Residents with all aspects of daily needs.
- Passing medications.
- Answering call lights to assist residents.
- Administer medications to residents.
- Laundry (Residents' laundry).
- Cleaning (Common Areas, public restrooms).
- Filing Resident paperwork in resident Charts.
- Assist residents in getting ready for bed.
- Assist residents in getting up in the morning.
- Assist residents to the bathroom.
- Able to use the phone, fax machine, and computer for medication administration.
- Critical thinking.
- Reliable attendance.

EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED: If you have the experience (as a Nurse Aide, a CNA, or a CMA) but lack the credentials to pass medications, we will train the right applicant to become Level One Medication Aide Certified.
