McNulty Counseling and Wellness is growing again! We are now recruiting a part-time or full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our thriving private practice at our St. Petersburg location near Tyrone Mall. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to share our philosophy of promoting balance and wellness from a holistic approach.

Salary Range $93,750- $125,000 + per year

Requirements:

*Must be fully licensed in the state of FL as a LMHC.

*2-3+ years of experience in the Mental Health field

*Experience with adolescents and children a plus, but not necessary

What we offer:

*Fully furnished office space

*Shared full-time receptionist who will also serve as your administrative assistant when you need anything

*Practice management software along with payment processing

*We have an experienced business manager and marketing expert and work closely with a an outside digital marketing agency to promote you as the expert in our field so we can generate and maintain a full client list for you.

Pay structure:

Hourly rates:

Clients pay $150 for individual sessions and $200 for couples and families

Clinicians are paid 40% or 50% of the session rate depending on number of sessions held. Holding more than 50 sessions in a two week period qualifies you for the higher compensation split. Our therapist achieve the higher rate 85%-90% of the time.

All of our therapists are in the top 10 percentile for salary in comparison to other counselors in their field. Clinicians are 1099's and are considered independent contractors. You are paid per client seen, so we encourage applicants to take this into consideration when applying for this position because while it may be slower for the first few weeks, we have a very successful marketing onboarding process for our new clinicians that should have you at 25 clients per week within 2-3 months. This is heavily dependent on the availability that you can offer. We do not offer other benefits.

Clients pay at the time of service and we do not accept insurance. Our clients have the option to self-submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement.

We are a family at McNulty Counseling and Wellness and want clinicians looking to join us for the long haul. It is required that our clinicians take an active role in building their own clientele which includes active involvement in the community once a month.

Finding the best fit for our practice is important to us-so finding a workable and enjoyable schedule is something I'd like for you to achieve. Some clinicians choose to work 4 days a week and see 6-8 clients. Others work 5 days a week with 4-7 clients a day. Plan to see a minimum of 20 clients a week and the maximum is really up to you. We have found evenings are the most sought out session times, so we require that clinicians dedicate at least two late afternoons/evenings each week with appointment times until 6:00 PM.
