The attorney development specialist will be a key part of bringing new attorneys into the Justis Connection network by engaging with prospective attorneys across social platforms and cultivating relationships in order to secure new members. This person will need to understand the Justis Connection benefits for members and the public in order to speak as a brand ambassador across platforms.

· You are able to hunt down answers & able to drive solutions autonomously

· You successfully demonstrate the ability for creative problem solving

· You have competency in creativity, an aptitude for technology and an interest in supporting the growth of a company from the ground floor

Role & Duties

· Proficiency with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

· Proficiency with social media platforms Facebook and Instagram

· Proficiency with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling platform

· Ability to write comprehensive emails and utilize a CRM (we use ActiveCampaign)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
