This position starts at $21.00/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shift and potential for overtime. We have open positions for second shift.

This facility operates five days a week and produces Sausage Patties, Sausage Links and Roll Sausage.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for transportation of meat to and from department, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor production area for trash and debris on floor.
- Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent.
- All employees are responsible for upholding the principals of SQF 2000.
- Familiar with the safe operation of production line conveyor equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to work cycles in less than 20 seconds.
- Must be willing and able to work on and around machinery and chemicals.
- Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.
- Must be willing and able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
- Must have 3 months previous work experience with a single employer within the last 18 months.
