Litigation Associate Attorney Wanted: Join Our Growing, Mid-Sized Law Firm in Rochester, NY

Are you an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney looking to take the next step in your career? Underberg & Kessler LLP, a leading law firm in Western New York, is seeking a mid-senior level Litigation Associate to join our Rochester office.

As part of our dynamic litigation practice team, you'll have the opportunity to represent public and private clients in commercial and business litigation matters, working directly with clients and gaining hands-on experience. You'll also enjoy a collaborative and collegial work environment with a strong work/life balance, including 100 extra hours off with a reduced billable hour requirement compared to other firms.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be admitted to practice in New York State with a minimum of three years of experience representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Experience in creditors' rights or labor and employment law is a plus. We're looking for team players with a strong work ethic, excellent research and writing skills, and sound judgment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
