Anticipated Dates:End of December through the end of MarchJob Summary:The successful candidate is preferred to have a strong conceptual understanding of teaching Science & ELA. In addition, you should be familiar with the Next Generation Science Standards. Understanding of effectively interpreting student performance data and creating student action plans is desirable. Understanding of the Universal Design for Learning CUDL) and Understanding by Design (UBD) is strongly preferred but not required. Creation of both lessons and assessments must be aligned to a standards-based reporting. Classroom instruction should incorporate both whole group and small group instruction. Understanding howto best implement sources of technology is strongly preferred. Applying a growth mindset mentality for student success is a key attribute along with flexible thinking skills and emotional intelligence. Collaboration with other teachers will also be required.Qualifications:State of NH Certification required K-8 (1811)Benefits & Salary:The daily rate for this position is $219.63.
