Provides direct care for a specific patient population- Administers medications and treatments
- Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions
- Travel to various MMG sites, as assigned
Requirements:
- LPN License & Registration
- Active BLS Card
- Infection Control Certificate
- Second language a plus
- High School Diploma
