High school or GED completion. Graduation from a recognized one year Practical Nursing Program. Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Two years experience in ambulatory health care/outpatient clinic preferred. Hospital or Clinic experience preferred. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records required. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
