Janesville, Edgerton, Oregon, and Stoughton.

LPNs and Registered Nurses (RNs) provide professional nursing care to assigned patients including recording patient histories, administering medications, and developing patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.

Position Requirements

• Licensed as an LPN or RN
• Minimum of one (1) year Nursing experience
• Federal, State, and Zeal Clinical Staffing and facility required credentials current and on file
• Cognitive skills as related to the position

Position Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
• Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports
• Record vital signs and medical information
• Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions
• Prepare and administer injections
• Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate patient nursing care plans with healthcare team members
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient condition and response to treatment

Other Responsibilities

• Completes required orientation as directed by facility
• Follows facility and OSHA safety rules and procedures while on assignment
• Follows facility Unusual Occurrence Protocol
• Respects cultural and religious practices of patients
• Upholds HIPAA regulations
• Punctual and dependent for assigned/confirmed shifts
