Mailroom Associate Job at Incubation Systems Private Limited
Education Required:
High School Diploma required, two-year degree in business related fields preferred. Candidates without a degree, with solid work experience (3+ years) will be considered.
This is a very active role and will involve a lot of walking between buildings, floors and offices. This position will require professional dress as the work will involve working in corporate offices as well. Candidates must be open minded and flexible to change in work locations and duties as needed. Must be organized to maintain supplies in office services.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Sort, process, and deliver mail across campuses.
- Update mail stops, hang room postings, maintain building service centers by stocking office supplies.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Good sense of geographical direction, candidate will need to be able to navigate various client buildings within the valley to deliver mail.
- Ability to work with a team and alone.
- Must have valid driver’s license and car.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Computer experience, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office components.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
