RCHDC is looking for enthusiastic, compassionate people interested in helping us build strong and healthy resident communities. Our site Maintenance Technician must have excellent people, communications and have computer skills. The ideal candidate should have general maintenance skills, be a self-starting team player who is able to work with little supervision. Property management maintenance experience is preferred; however, we will train the right person.
This position is a 30 hour per week position. The following benefits include:
