Manufacturing Associate - Wood Worker
Adams Architectural Millwork Company is seeking an energetic, positive, and skilled Manufacturing Associate. This person will use the provided tools and equipment to cut, saw, and machine wood parts to fabricate wood products.
Responsibilities & duties include the following:
- Fabricate wood windows, doors & shutters as well as other millwork products using carpenter and woodworking skills.
- Safely operate industrial equipment such as saws, shapers, planers, jointers, and moulders to cut and shape wood.
- Set up the machines and tools to cut, shape, & sand wood parts to specified measurements.
- Understanding detailed shop drawings and cut list used to build product.
- Verify dimensions with a tape ruler and calipers.
- Make jigs and work on complex projects.
Requirements:
- Experience woodworking, carpentry, or cabinet making
- Capability to read a tape measure and shop drawings
- An interest in wood working
- Familiarity with paint sprayer systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take directions and work safely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Woodworking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Painting and Staining: 1 year (Preferred)
- reading tape measure and shop drawings: 1 year (Preferred)
