We are mobile boat repair/ detailing company looking for an experienced Boat Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing boats. This includes washing, waxing, wiping, polishing, performing compunding, wet sanding and more. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for making boats look their best. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail boats using a variety of cleaning products and tools.
• Perform interior and exterior detailing services.
• Apply protective coatings to the exterior of the boats.
• Clean and polish surfaces.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Interact with customers and schedule appointments as needed.
• Candidate should have reliable transportation.
• Acccept customer payments as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
• Be extremely friendly and customer-oriented when interacting with customers.
• Interact with customers on Company social media page.

We are willing to train the right person. We provide a collaborative, laid back environment where employees can be themselves.

We are mostly seeking weekend and afternoon availability initially.

We are flexible with scheduling because we understand many people may also be working full time jobs.

We primarily service Wilmington, NC, Brunswick County, NC, and surrounding areas.

Employees will be hired on a 1099 contract basis.

This is a part time opportunity with the potential to become full time in the future depending on candidate needs/desires.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
