We are looking for an individual who is focused on attaining results, effectively dealing with challenges, and providing great customer service.
The ideal candidate must be capable of dealing intelligently and courteously with a diverse group of customers, technicians, and shop owners; in person, on the phone, text message, and email.
Ideal applicants must have marine experience and a working knowledge of inboard and outboard engines , both new and used as well as marine parts and accessories.
We carry an extensive inventory of OEM parts, inboard and outboard motors, and much more! We require retail sales individuals to have the ability to connect with each customer and ensure they leave as a customer for life.
Nautical Ventures is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. A drug test is required to complete the application process.
This is an in person position.
Position Requirements Include:
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Experience with Outboard, Inboard, and I/O Engines.
  • Experience with Marine Supplies/Accessories.
  • Marine Parts Experience. (Preferred)
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Meet Sales and Productivity Goals.
