The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is looking for an energetic marketing assistant to join our Marketing Department. This position works with a high performing team and provides reporting and administrative support. Exceptional organizational, attention to detail and Excel skills are essential to this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provides marketing support and assists marketing staff with promotional projects.
• Prepares reports and maintains campaign tracking documents.
• Creates direct mail lists based on targeting needs.
• Utilizes and documents organization processes and work instructions. Suggests process improvements to streamline work instructions.

Successful Candidates Meet the Following Criteria:

• Associate up to bachelor’s degree.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Marketing principles and methodologies.
• Data gathering, tracking, and reporting.
• Process driven.
• Attention to detail.
