OVERVIEW:
Robert Half is seeking a Lead Global Innovative Marketing Manager for an enterprise software company. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader working with the marketing and communications team to build a compelling story around the innovation program. This candidate is client-facing and has the humility to engage with others and work collaboratively on a team. This role is a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand their marketing and communication skillsets, who has a background in technology/software, and a thirst for working in the technological realm. This is a hybrid opportunity in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities:
Work on new and innovative projects from ideation to commercialization and go-to-marketing.
Build the story around the innovation program in collaboration with the CTO and VP. Own and create the innovation narrative and messaging.
Run the experience and campaigns around the innovation’s lab.
Turn compelling ideas into consistent narrative to generate enthusiasm around new offerings and incubations—brining new and creative ideas supporting innovation efforts along with a strong product marketing foundation.
Create all the communications activity and programs such as product position decks, collateral development, messaging source documents, white papers, sales plays, solution briefs, etc.
Create documentation on product features and review accuracy.
Monitor messaging to guarantee products meet customer needs across segmentation and adapt messaging accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA/MS is preferred.
Startup experience with software, Cloud/SaaS Tech background. Prior experience working in enterprise technology is a must.
Strong writing skillset with a background in creating content—white papers, webinars, demos, case studies, etc.
Strong skillsets in project/product management.
Startup experience or consulting role is a plus – has “owners’ mentality.”
Must be customer-facing with technical background.
