In This Role, You Will:

Digital Marketing

• Manage digital marketing budget
• Primary point of contact for Digital Marketing partner and initiatives
• Enter digital marketing metrics in the Scoreboards
• Manage Google Business Listing – photos, reply to reviews, metrics
• Manage social media accounts – content, events, comments, metrics
• Assist in the setup and (online) promotion of community outreach initiatives
• Drive content creation process e.g. Celebrity ‘Blogger’

• You will benefit from online learning in all areas of marketing through the Clinic Accelerator Program.
• You will be part of the leadership team and report directly to owner.

• Your top priority is to be acquiring new patient leads by increasing brand awareness with content marketing and social media
• You will be responsible for creating (and optimizing) marketing collateral including landing pages, emails, blogs, webinars, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• We have photos and video content to help you create sharable content on social media
• Collaborate with all our team therapists to create engaging content, webinars, blogs, and newsletters.
• Execute on SEO strategy to drive more organic traffic
• Work onsite as a Patient Experience Coordinator to help with content creation
• Serve as a brand enthusiast for Physical Therapy of Melissa

Community Outreach

• Manage community outreach budget
• Build and manage the contact list of community groups
• Serve as primary point of contact for community groups and manage relationships
• Set and manage annual schedule of community events – internal and external
• Plan community outreach events (e.g. Workshops) – internal and external
• Promote events to staff and encourage participation
• Enter community outreach metrics in the Scoreboards
• Learn and trial new revenue generating tactics
• Support initiatives related to referral pipelines (Doc Referrals, Employers)

About You:

• Entry level in social media marketing
• Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members
• You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets and working with sales to hit and beat company goals
• You are a strategic, analytical and well rounded marketer who thrives in getting things done
• You have previous video editing experience
• You have experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google My Business
• Experience in inbound and content marketing
• Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
• You have a passion for growth "hacking" marketing
• You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative.
• Street smarts required
