The Marketing Manager, Digital Tools Enablement & Specialized Channel Support will be responsible for the implementation of digital tools and platforms designed to advance key Individual Markets (IM) distribution objectives.

Main responsibilities will include:
  • Serve as marketing team liaison for select IM stakeholders, building strong relationships and working with cross functional teams to assist with the implementation of digital engagement tools.
  • Partner with IM Marketing leads to provide marketing support for key initiatives (e.g., specialized and alternative distribution channels, recruitment, lead-gen and digital client acquisition).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that digital tools, including but not limited to marketing automation, content marketing, quote tools, and analytics platforms are integrated effectively and fully utilized to their potential.
  • Monitor and analyze usage data to identify areas for improvement and partner with stakeholders to implement optimization strategies.
  • Provide best-in-class technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay-up to date with emerging digital technologies and evaluate potential impact to organization.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise insights team to ensure tools resonate with consumers and make adjustments based on consumer feedback.

Key stakeholders will include: Individual Markets (IM), IM Marketing, Compliance, Enterprise Marketing, Product, Distribution and Enterprise IT.

You are

An experienced financial services marketer who enjoys collaborating with partners across the company. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders, both internally and within sales distribution channels, to develop digital-first marketing and engagement plans that have clear, measurable outcomes.

You have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4+ years experience in digital marketing within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of the life insurance, retirement, and wealth management industry
  • Understanding of entrepreneurial distribution/sales channels
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing digital tools and engagement platforms including marketing automation, social media management, among others
  • Experience drafting and designing marketing plans and materials based on target audience
  • Exceptional writing skills that are employed in developing marketing messages that prompt engagement
  • The ability to develop a marketing strategy, create the supporting marketing assets and launch the campaign
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience leading multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail that ensures overall success
  • Ability to adapt to changes in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Openness to change and new ways of working, including the ability to execute new strategies and tactics to drive results

You will
  • Develop marketing strategies and supporting collateral for select Individual Markets business partners
  • Plan, develop, implement and measure marketing strategies that are customized to targeted audiences
  • Create suites of marketing materials that enable IM partners to execute internal and external campaigns to achieve business objectives related to sales and inforce management
  • Build integrated plans across digital collateral, including e-brochures, email, social, and web
  • Collaborate with partners to identify target segments and personas, develop messaging framework and create campaign collateral
  • Measure results and make data driven recommendations to optimize outcomes

Location
  • Twice a week at one of our Guardian location campus sites (NYC, Holmdel, Bethlehem, Stamford) with work from home flexibility
  • Up to 15% travel within US.

Salary Range
$64,830.00 - $144,480.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
