The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring various marketing projects and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue for Hotel Collection. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and project management methodologies and be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.
Marketing Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with business objectives and brand strategy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations and external vendors such as agencies to deliver successful campaigns
- Manage creative development and production of marketing materials such as digital ads, email campaigns, social media posts, brochures, videos, and website content
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar and ensure communication is clear and consistent across all channels
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions
