Hourly Wage:
$23.35 -$29.80 depending on geographical location and related experience (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

Description:
Royal has an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team in a limited term capacity for approximately four (4) months. The Limited Term Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with the execution of all marketing initiatives in order to achieve Marketing goals and build awareness of Royal Credit Union in all of Royal’s markets.

Work Schedule:
Full-time variable hours Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM. Remote work is available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period.

***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend full time training from 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday for 1 week at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI. Lodging, Meals and Mileage provided during this required training.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
• Demonstrated experience ensuring brand consistency.
• Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
• Experience working in Marketing, including campaigns, and/or promotions.
