Material Handler Worker Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
- Unpack shipment deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Consolidate shipping orders
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt
- of products
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables
- Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments
Material Handler Worker Shift Info
- Day Shift, 05:30 am to 02:00 pm
- Monday - Friday
Material Handler Worker Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
- Familiarity with computers & business equipment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Dependable and hardworking
- Shipping and Receiving Worker experience preferred
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work in the US.
