Medical Assistant - Patient Remote Monitoring Job at Florida RPM Services
Florida RPM Services is looking for a Licensed Medical Assistance (MA) who can work in the state of Florida. This person should be passionate about patient health and the healthcare industry as a whole. This is a remote job that will be done from home, but applicant must live in the state of Florida.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients into program
- Provide education to patients on equipment and technology being used
- Responsible for monitoring patient's daily vitals
- Contacting and communicating with patients on a daily basis
- Documenting all communication with patients including assessments, nursing actions and responses to vital alerts
- Contacting, communicating and reporting patient data back to physicians on a daily, weekly, biweekly or month basis
- Monitoring patient compliance with equipment usage
- Coaching patients on healthier behavior
- Determine patient's motivating factors and leveraging them for best possible health outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing License (valid in state of Florida)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking)
- Great communication skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to fluently use technology
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
