The primary responsibility of the Member Experience Representative is to ensure a positive member experience by providing friendly, professional, and accurate service to our members in the lobby, drive-up window and over the phone.
This role will work at both our Appleton and Grand Chute locations.
Key Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for processing daily transactions including withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, loan advances, cashing of checks, etc.
- Accurately resolve or address member questions and concerns.
- Promote and educate members on EWSB products and services.
- Run a full-service window to ensure friendly, efficient and courteous member service. Balance cash drawer daily.
- Complete daily administrative tasks assigned by the Member Experience Leader.
Education and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working in a financial institution beneficial, but not required.
- Previous experience working with money and in a customer service role highly desired.
- Ability to effectively problem solve in a timely manner
- Proficient mathematical and computer skills
- High attention to detail and great time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with members of our community
- Ability to work on a team and individually
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
