We are hiring a team member in our Panel team who will contribute to the on-going success of our member data quality. The Member Validation Specialist will be responsible for aiding in the design of reports used to monitor initiatives and analysis to ensure they are functioning as intended. This individual is expected to play a pivotal role in onboarding and evaluating new solutions and leading new product implementation with a cross functional team. They also will support the usage of validated members across quality management, operations and sales enabling Dynata to leverage validation as a means of fraud prevention as well as a panel product.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with compiling and analyzing large, complex data sets and conveying findings in a clear, concise manner. This individual will be self-motivated, process driven and a natural problem solver.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Development of concise and accurate reporting products along with routine monitoring to ensure acceptable performance.
  • Ownership of documentation for new products to support the development and monitoring post integration.
  • Identification of evolution needs within our current validation products and the management of those updates cross functionally.
  • Understand the member experience and ensure friction points are minimized when members are engaged by validation tactics.
  • Close coordination with Operations and Sales enablement to ensure our validated member population is used in the most productive possible manner for our business.

SKILLS:
  • Microsoft Excel
Education and Experience:
  • 2+ years of working in online fraud prevention or as an Analysis, project manager, product owner, or similar
  • Market Research background a plus, but not required
  • Experience working cross functionally with internal and external clients and/or vendors

The salary for this position is $60,000 USD, along with a generous benefits package, and annual bonus.
