Purpose
The Mental Health & Substance Abuse Therapist provides mental health and substance abuse assessment and psychotherapy for individuals, families or group and consultation and education for the community in a manner that most effectively meets the philosophy and goals of North Central Health Care, based on evidenced based practices.
We serve all eligible in the community and specialize in supporting our most vulnerable populations. To treat our patients effectively, we assure adequate therapist time, requiring no patient quotas. Come join our team!
Pay range of $60,750.00 to $74,250.00 annually

Education and Experience Requirement
Required:
Master's degree in specialty field in Human Services
State of Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist or Licensed Psychologist
Ability to bill for Substance Abuse
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct screening/assessment/evaluation of consumers and plan appropriate care utilizing designated organizational evidence based practices.
- Conduct individual, family and group therapy with various age groups.
- Provide consultation and education to the community.
- Provide emergency crisis backup services, including mobile crisis services.
- Perform case management duties as necessary.

- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards along with federal, state and local codes pertinent to role based on job title.
