Job description Summary
$5,000 sign on bonus! Join our dynamic team of mental health therapists working with adults with mental illness in Baltimore City and Baltimore County! Therapist will be responsible for providing ongoing mental health treatment/support and case management services to their assigned caseload. Treatment is provided in-person and through telemedicine as necessary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing individual counseling, implementing clinical interventions, providing crisis interventions when appropriate, developing therapeutic relationships, and assisting with screening referrals and admissions of new clients into the program. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clinical documentation in electronic record following all COMAR and JCAHO requirements for community/satellite-based services with adult psychiatric population. Therapist is member of a supportive team. Therapist will meet weekly with Mobile Treatment team and communicate clients' needs and progress to peers and psychiatrist. Here you will have the opportunity to work and train with highly experienced staff who have been working in this program for decades. We provide weekly individual and team supervision by a LCPC and LCSW-C Board Approved Supervisors. Therapist will have or attain current CPR and First Aid training. Driver's license required
