Merrill Life Services Team (LS) Relationship Consultants guide clients and beneficiaries through making informed financial decisions when inheriting assets. By developing a relationship with the client and being the dedicated point of contact, our Consultants are able to engage clients in goals-based conversations that provide education on inheriting assets while delivering solutions that lead to a promising financial future. Our Consultants are industry and market-aware, demonstrating a strong knowledge of investments and ability to leverage the Bank of America and Merrill model in their interactions with clients. Our Consultants own the entire process and experience for the client or beneficiary, from relationship management to trading to consolidating assets.

- Series 7, and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days)

- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and high quality work standards
- Strong time management skills including the ability to prioritize and plan, organize, follow up, problem solve, and effectively manage your own workload

Enterprise role overview:
This position entails extensive telephone interactions assisting account holders and beneficiaries with required documentation for distributing and transferring assets. Responsible for ensuring timely review and distribution of assets while adhering to procedures and guidelines. Responsible for providing quality service to maintain high Service Levels, Client Experience, Retention and Productivity. End to end ownership of account holders and beneficiaries. Responsibilities include placing trades, client deepening and retention, along with identifying solutions for financial needs and goals. Licensing requirements are as follows: Series 7 & 66 or their equivalent.
