About your role:Our MH/SU Clinical Supervisor provides oversight of all clinical operations associated with the provision of MH/DD/SU services.
- Provide direct supervision to our clinical team, provide team training, and back-up for WIC assessments and the walk in clinic. Ensure documentation of all clinical supervision activities.
- Coordinate with the Director and other key administrative staff in the development of facility specific policy, procedure, and workflows. Ensure adequate feedback loop between clinical staff and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory clinical service requirements, adhering to General Rules found in North Carolina Administrative Code, Council on Accreditation Standards, and program audits such as Clinical Coverage Policies, Records Management and Documentation Manual, Incident Response and Reporting Manual, Person-Centered Planning Manual, Confidentiality Rules, Client Rights Rules.
- Master’s degree in one of the following discipline categories: Social work, Psychology, or Counseling
- Full licensure under a North Carolina governing board as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Two or more years of experience in diagnosing, treating and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of MH/DD/SU populations
