Overview

Tully Rinckey PLLC, a full service law firm with offices across the country, is speaking with candidates with Military Law experience to to join their Washington, DC office. Opportunities also exist inside the Firm's Upstate New York offices (Albany, Syracuse, Buffalo, Rochester, Binghamton).

The ideal candidate will have the desire to represent clients in a wide variety of Military related issues, with a strong emphasis on criminal and administrative separation.

Alternatively, candidates may also have Security Clearance experience dealing with military members, federal employees, defense contractors, and administrative law experience before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals. This experience would include SF86 and SF85 document preparation and review, formulation of responses to Statement of Reasons, adjudication, hearings, and appeals before DOHA and other intelligence adjudicative agencies.

Firm attorneys can count on the support of a full service marketing department, highly skilled business development team, public relations and legal professionals with proven track records in the industry. These departments allow firm attorneys to focus solely on the practice of law while an innovative management team navigates the challenges of the business side of the law on their behalf.

Compensation is based on experience. The firm has a remote work policy and procedure for Attorneys for working outside of the office.
