Primary Purpose:
Monitor Post Foreclosure files to include evictions, property preservation and claim filing
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
File claims with investors (HUD/VA/etc) to recoup expenses incurred due to default and minimize losses to the Bank, Monitor taxes and insurance on foreclosed properties as required, Execute deeds after foreclosure, Monitor evictions with attorneys
