Parts Team Leader position for the SLC warehouse will be responsible for leading all aspects of the operation.

  • Safety will be this roles primary focus. Must adopt and instill Wheeler's safety culture personally and in all team members. Will work safely, watching for and correcting any unsafe acts or conditions, identifying and correcting any near misses as they arise.
  • This will be a bargaining unit position, lead by example for the other bargaining unit members and coach them when necessary.
  • Maintain excellent personal safety record.

  • Understanding the urgency of our industries.
  • Will help both internal and external customers in person and over the phone. Take ownership and provide solutions to issues that may arise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge with programs and software: DBS, WMS, PTMS, Antares, OTV, and Microsoft office suite.
  • Familiar with Caterpillar Production Systems, lean 5S.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to react well under pressure situations.
