Archer Delivery LLC - An Amazon Delivery Service Partner – is seeking to hire Commercial Box Truck Drivers for immediate fill:

• Experienced and Newer daytime Drivers for neighborhood "Last Mile" routes in a Sprinter Van, from 5:30am - 3:00pm

• Experienced Overnight Box Truck Drivers for Warehouse "Middle Mile" routes, from 2:30am-12:00pm (approx)

Why Archer DeliveryThis job is different from the traditional van driver – fewer deliveries, bigger packages.Our local daytime drivers deliver approximately 55 stops per day to homes in the NJ area in a Sprinter Van. Packages weigh up to 70lbs. (we train all of our drivers).

Our overnight Box Truck drivers are responsible for moving freight from an Amazon Warehouse (EWR5 in Avenel, NJ) to Post Offices in a 26' Diesel Box Truck with air brakes (we train and test all of our drivers).

You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with one weekend day/ week. All local routes that enable you to get home early every day! It will be your job to make sure all packages are delivered safely, professionally and on-time. We provide training so that all of our employees feel confident in the truck and on the road. Health and safety are always a top priority.

• NO CDL required (Regular Class D License)
• Load the truck and safely deliver packages. You will be required to climb in and out of the vehicle, maneuver packages with a pallet jack or hand truck, in all weather conditions
• Arrive on-time each day
• Able to move boxes up to 70 lbs. with hand truck
• Use Navigation app for routing and customer delivery information
• CLEAN driving record and able to pass DoT training
• 3 years driving experience preferred
• 4-5 Days per week

• Up to 10 hours per day with ONE WEEKEND DAY AS A REQUIREMENT
• Must be responsible enough to work without direct supervision daily
