Position Description

· Full-time = 156 shifts/year, flexibility in scheduling

· Experienced team of physician and advanced practice providers

· Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 6:30 pm and Saturday – Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

· Fast paced clinic with great support staff including experienced nursing, rad techs, and check in/check out for efficiency

· POC testing and digital X-ray located in clinic

· Medical group of 340 employed providers including various specialty providers available for referral/consult
