OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, FAIRBORN, OH area Job at Total Care Therapy
We are currently seeking a creative Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) in the FAIRBORN, OH area for an Assisted Living (AL) enviroment.
The Occupational Therapist (OT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations as well as performing subsequent follow up visits and supervising COTA's. Flexible scheduling while maintaining a weekly caseload of 25 - 30 visits a week for full time with a flexible schedule is a must. Must be licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
SIGN ON BONUS: $1,000.00 for full time employees
Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience based. This position can be salary or per visit based (your choice) and will be discussed during the interview process.
