• Will provide general secretarial/receptionist duties for various departments of the agency and handle various activities with discretion and good judgment.
• Answers agency incoming telephone calls, screens incoming calls and takes accurate messages.
• Greets the general public, answers inquiries, and provides assistance when needed.
• Types correspondence, narrative reports, proposals, copying, collating, and other projects.
• Maintains & organizes office files.
• Social Media Experience is a must.
• Maintains a smooth-flowing system of office procedures. Provides agency clerical support as needed.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. BA Degree preferred.
• 3 years of working experience in an office environment.
• Type 30 wpm.
• Computer literate, MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint a +.
• Working knowledge of basic clerical functions and office operations.
• Strong skills in interpersonal relations, communication and organization.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail oriented and able to work cooperatively with other office staff in order to facilitate work projects.

While my other friends were chasing after girls, we were busy chasing cars. At an early age we figured out we were car fanatics. So we opened our first location in 2004, which had an inventory of only 10 cars. After serving customers well, we started doubling up inventory every year.
