We are searching for a reliable, detail-oriented and well-organized individual to join our Comma office as an Office Assistant. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, and working effectively with members of the team. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, has exceptional communication skills, and is experienced working in a fast-paced startup.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing documents.
- Answering phone calls.
- Providing assistance to clients.
- Filing documents.
- Replying to email and forwarding emails to appropriate staff members.
- Answer the telephone, answer business emails, and schedule meetings.
- Forward messages to the appropriate staff member.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
