We are seeking a hard-working, trustworthy individual to handle important day to day office operations. Great work opportunity to be part of a company that builds the best and most luxurious homes.
Qualified applicants will have:
  • Some higher level post-secondary education.
  • At least 2 years work experience in a small office environment. (Construction industry experience a plus)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Adobe, web based skills for researching.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Must be result-oriented and always striving to get the job done accurately and on time.
  • Must be detail-oriented and meticulous, has the ability catch errors and correct them accordingly.
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks and coordinate various office needs with accuracy.
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
  • Must be a strong multi-tasker, sharp and trainable.
  • Must have own vehicle.
  • Patience, honesty, and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare balance sheets.
  • Prepare documents related to finance.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Conduct and attend regular meetings with senior management to share financial findings.
  • Provide a qualitative and quantitative evaluation based on empirical data findings.
  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
  • Various office responsibilities.
