Our organization is hiring an executive assistant / bookkeeper. This position will be responsible for keeping records, data entry and recording of business transactions. You should have strong administrative skills and be organized to handle large amounts of financial information. Since you will be handling sensitive information, confidentiality is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for company executive
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
  • Update and maintain the general ledgers
  • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system

Relevant Skills and Knowledge:

  • Data entry skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy
  • Professionalism and organization skills
  • Knowledge of XERO, Quickbooks, or other applications preferred but will train the right person

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
