In-Home Logistics LLC is a premier logistics broker currently contracted by high-end luxury retailers for facilitating home delivery and white glove installation services to their customers. We are expanding our operations and are seeking an Operations Manager to help oversee all operations out of our Braselton, GA location. Operations Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing and contracting independent contractors and bringing day-to-day policies to life. Responsibilities

• Manage Independent Contractors operating daily
• Continually developing and growing a contract base team
• Direct and delegate internal frontline management and associate staff
• Continually recruit Independent Contractors as well as internal staffing
• Build relationships with clients to ensure continued operating improvements
• Work with local sales team to facilitate new avenues of growth while driving service levels
• Oversee inspections/audits of Independent Contractors, maintain DOT regulations and company standards
• Review vehicle maintenance and tracking reports
• Use transportation analysis tools and tracking software
• Ensure the implementation of efficient logistics while retaining quality standards
• Manage multiple project objectives and deadlines
• Lead corporate safety investigations

Skills

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role
• Experience in transportation and logistics
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• BS/BA in Business or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
