We are experiencing unprecedented growth and seek a candidate that possesses the leadership traits necessary to drive performance, develop talent and increase profitability (sales) at our company’s office location in Birmingham, AL. This is a growing market that is planning to double revenue in the next 3 years. We cover a wide area that covers Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville.

In addition to strong leadership skills and results orientation, the ideal candidate must demonstrate:


  • Dispatch: You will run the routes for the Truck Team to ensure On Time Service is provided to all our customers
  • Customer Service: Some days, dependent on business, you will be on the trucks along with the Truck Team Members servicing our customers
  • Sales: You will reach out to our customers to introduce them to our service and to answer any questions they may have. From time to time it will be necessary to assist our Truck Team in closing a sale. Our customers request us to come to their property but the price is not always what the customer wants so we may have to work with some customers to provide the best price possible.
  • Finances: You will assist in balancing the daily books/cash reconciliation as well as certain operational tasks
  • Sales Meetings: Prior to our Truck Team hitting the road we hold a sales meeting that includes reviewing sales numbers as well as coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or relevant field
  • 5 – 8 years in sales and/or operation leadership in a service-oriented company (retail)
  • Experience leading employees within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

  • Salary range: 50-60K/year (based on experience)
