We are hiring for an energetic, detail-oriented person to work on our Production team. Applicant must be responsible, dependable and have reliable transportation. We are hiring Full time work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that there is some occasional heavy lifting (40-50 lb boxes) so if you can't lift that, please do not apply.

Must be able to follow instruction, pay attention to detail and have basic math skills. The position involves packaging coffee and tea products, packing boxes, pulling products from warehouse, assembling customer orders, checking for accuracy. Also, all staff members work together to keep the production dept., warehouse and office clean on a daily basis.

We are NOT hiring a forklift operator, but if you know how to drive one, we occasionally use our forklift, but this is NOT a forklift job. This is not a driver job either.

The business office operates 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (or when the work is done during the Fall/Winter and seasonal overtime is available).

Applicant must provide three job references along with a resume.

Job Summary & Requirements:

· Maintain a professional appearance, dress accordingly company shirts are provided.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, multiple times per day; must sometimes team lift 120 pounds and more.

· Stock products in warehouse.

· Work with the Production Team filling and picking orders daily for delivery.

· Possess good communication skills and work well with others in fast paced environment.

Must maintain a positive attitude with all co-workers and Management.

· Ship packages

· Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Pay Rate: $13.00/hour to start.
