Futures Recovery Healthcare is a state-licensed, Joint Commission accredited behavioral healthcare provider located in Tequesta, Florida of Palm Beach County. We are seeking an innovative and compassionate Outreach Professional with a proven track record of success to join the fun, competitive, and first-class team at Futures Recovery Healthcare! In collaboration with the marketing team, the Outreach Professional will create and implement a referral development strategy that maximizes patient referrals and supports Futures' brand as a provider of high quality services. The Outreach Professional strives to build a census for Futures' inpatient and residential services.

Who You Are:
  • You are compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic
  • You have a proven track record in the behavioral health field
  • You have experience in sales with a specialty in substance abuse, mental/behavioral health, and/or detox treatment programs
  • You have experience working in a private and out-of-network insurance environment
  • You are computer and tech savvy—You have experience with CRM and ERH platforms, social media, ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, or similar
  • You have impeccable listening skills and are sensitive to the needs of prospective referents and clients
  • You have extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
  • You bridge the conversations with prospective referents and clients and break down barriers that prevent them from accessing behavioral health services
  • You ask the questions to prospective referents and clients: “What can I do for YOU?” “How can I solve YOUR problem?”
  • You are a self-starter and take the initiative
  • You are comfortable with virtual and face-to-face outreach
  • You are a team player and have an outgoing personality
  • You host and attend different networking events to build and maintain relationships throughout the year
  • You like to color outside of the lines and think outside the box
Qualifications:
  • Two to three years' experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and/or Substance Abuse Marketing, preferred
  • Ability to work remote and travel within a region to cultivate and maintain relationships
  • Ability to travel to Futures to conduct in-person tours and trainings, as needed
  • Ability to work with multiple technical systems outside of Microsoft Office
