Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s Political Action Committee (PAC) - including managing receipts and disbursements processes, budgeting, PAC donor engagement, database and vendor management, data analytics and goal-setting
- Partner with Legal team to ensure full compliance with federal and state campaign finance laws and reporting and adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards
- Lead strategy and execution of PAC fundraising campaigns, donor servicing, and employee engagement and education.
- Manage the company’s political expenditures in close collaboration with External Affairs Leadership and federal and state advocacy leads
- Develop executive-level deliverables - including key messaging, presentations, and reports for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Closely monitor external developments related to corporate political engagement, including:
- Tracking best practices in corporate political giving and benchmarking approaches of peer companies
- Identifying trends in media coverage, social media activity and stakeholder commentary on corporate political giving
- Advance and support timely External Affairs projects in support of the company’s advocacy priorities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; major in political science, public policy, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience working in PAC management, government affairs, political fundraising, or campaign management
- In-depth understanding of political environment
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to create and edit key deliverables
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in event and meeting planning
- Experience in public affairs, communications, employee engagement, corporate governance or related field
- Experience managing a corporate PAC
- Proficiency with PAC software or campaign management tools
- Demonstrated sound judgement and adaptability to highly dynamic external environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly effective project management skills and solid attention to detail
- Highly organized self-starter and problem-solver, with an ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to navigate large organization and effectively collaborate with team members and functional departments
