Directs the production of consumer products to support Haleon marketing and consumer strategy in a high-volume manufacturing site. Oversees the packaging department to ensure the completion of production requirements in a timely manner by providing direction and coordination for the packaging department collaborating with multiple departments.

• Develops leadership team in pursuit of Company objectives,. These responsibilities include some of the following open communication through all levels of the department, providing continuity of leadership, and leading a productive and motivated team
• Champions a safe and healthy work environment essential to the proper functioning of the operation in compliance with Haleon, Federal and local regulatory agencies
• Expects strictest compliance with all quality and FDA guidelines in all phases of operation through direct involvement with staff and other departments in the planning, implementing, and maintenance of SOPs consistent with GMP regulations
• Identifies and creates opportunities for continuous improvement, labor/material savings, and capital investment to maximize effectiveness and equipment utilization, and ensure low-cost producer status and high return on capital
• Serves as liaison to Corporate, Haleon Manufacturing sites, technical and industry groups on project/advisory basis to provide expertise in production and business-related issues and positive reputation for the Company both internally and externally
• Builds, develops, and empowers high performing teams
• Achieve financial targets by preparing and reviewing department cost center budgets
• Understanding of production forecasts and SAP systems
• Support accurate batch execution, fluctuations in production requirements, and meet new product launches to meet demand and customer quality requirements

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's Degree (Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related technical discipline)
• 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience
• Experience in field or plant operations
• Experience implementing FDA and GMP regulations
• Experience leading and developing non-exempt and exempt staff
• Experience in High volume production environment and with production forecasts and SAP systems

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Master in Business Administration or Supply Chain
• Ability to articulate business vision to staff, peers, and senior executives
