Paralegal Job at Wash and Roll
We are looking to add an in-house paralegal position to our growing and entrepreneurial company.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of wide-ranging transactional real estate and general corporate experience as responsibilities will primarily focus on real estate, transactional, corporate, and corporate governance matters concerning a diverse portfolio of assets and business interests. This person will report directly to our General Counsel and be officed in our Mt. Juliet, TN office.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the acquisition and disposition of commercial and multi-family residential real estate properties, including reviews real estate contracts, drafts amendments, reviews title commitments and exception documents, reviews surveys and plats, and drafts title objection letters.
- Tracks contract deadlines.
- Support the closing and post-closing processes, including title and survey review, maintaining closing checklists and working with title company personnel.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting of leasing documents, construction contracts, development agreements, and loan documents involving a variety of financing sources.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining real estate and corporate records.
- Additional project and corporate management work as assigned.
