HYBRID Part Time HR Generalist
Mon - Fri with Flex schedule - up to 20 hours/week
Pay Ranging from $24 - $30 per hour

For 75 years, Service Linen Supply has been servicing businesses and medical offices in the Pacific Northwest with their linen and garment needs. We take pride in our ability to deliver exceptional customer service and top notch quality products to all of our clients. We are currently seeking a Part Time HR Generalist to join our team.
Position Details

Working side by side with the Director of HR, you will be involved with all aspects of HR, from full cycle recruiting, onboarding, to training. You will also be assisting in day-to-day HR functions, such as leave administration, HRIS/ATS implementation and maintenance, coordinating internal and external communication, and event planning.

Successful candidate must have direct experience in sourcing, social media recruitment, networking and community outreach, and hiring events.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1 – 2 years of HR Generalist or recruiting/sourcing experience.

• Proficient with MS Office products required.

• Internet and social media savvy.

• HRIS/Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.

• Ability to work with little direct supervision.

• Ability to multitask while results oriented.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Creative thinking and research abilities

• Must be proactive, flexible, and self-driven
