Key Role:

Process and maintain firm and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances or positions of trust. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in personnel security or administrative functions

• Ability to stay informed of VA policy changes and interpret and implement those changes

• Ability to use discretion when handling sensitive personal information

• Ability to work independently both remotely and on site, staying focused on duties

• Ability to manage multiple activities with multiple priorities

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• HS diploma or GED
